Job descriptionCollaborative work environment and customer centric culture Compensation : $48-55k Hudson Academy : Continuous training and professional development Vacation / PTO : In addition to 1 week of paid vacation and 2 paid holidays, all full-time employees are eligible for 10 PTO days per year Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401k program Employee discounts on products & services Self-starter driven to create, curate, and manage all published content for social media platforms. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and Time-management skills. Ability to work well with internal teams and external partners. Self-Motivated and creative individual who is career driven. Content Creation - Experience developing and maintaining relevant content for social media platforms (industry experience preferred not required). Content Scheduling – Develop a posting schedule to ensure regular communication with the audience. Audience engagement – Monitor social media channels for Shares, Likes and Comments to enhance social strategy. Brand Voice – Collaborate with dealer and marketing teams to establish a consistent brand voice. Trend Research – Research trends and preferences among target demographics. General knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred).
