What We Offer You :

  • Competitive Salary : Based on your experience, we offer an annual salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 .

Less experience : $55k - $60k

  • More experience : $60k - $65k

    • Your Role and Responsibilities :

    As our Service / FOH Manager, you'll be the ultimate host and the backbone of our front-of-house operations. We're looking for someone who shines in a service-oriented environment , but is not afraid to get their hands dirty and help out wherever neededincluding the kitchen!

    Key Focus Areas :

  • Hospitality & Guest Experience : Be present in the dining room, actively engaging with guests, ensuring every experience is positive, memorable, and truly "4R's."
  • Administrative Strength : This is a crucial area for this role! You will own core administrative tasks, including team scheduling, new hire orientations / onboarding , and accurate money counting / cash management .
  • Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to execute the highest service standards.
  • Operational Support : While your heart is in the front, you must be comfortable stepping into the kitchen for support, especially as we run a bustling catering operation out of this smokehouse. You'll be a well-rounded manager who understands the full scope of the business.

    • What You Bring :

  • Proven experience as a manager in a fast-paced, full-service, or fast-casual restaurant environment.
  • Strong FOH / Service background with a deep commitment to hospitality.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills (scheduling, hiring, money management).
  • The versatility and willingness to assist in the BOH / kitchen when necessary.
  • A positive attitude, a passion for BBQ, and a hunger for professional growth!
