The National Leasing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the leasing agents and leasing team in driving leasing performance across assigned markets, communities, and properties. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient lease-up of new developments and scattered site rental homes across the portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Application Processing : Collaborate with the coordination team and leasing agents to process applications and generate leases for assigned properties.
- Workflow Coordination : Effectively manage workload and timelines in partnership with the assigned agent and team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Resident Experience : Set clear expectations with applicants and future residents, ensuring a smooth onboarding and move-in experience.
- Issue Escalation : Proactively alert company leadership to issues or concerns of significance and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Application Support : Participate in the applicant completion of applications-collect documentation as necessary. Provide prospects and applications help and support in the completion of their application. Collaborate with the screening company (Findigs) as necessary.
- Team Leadership : Guide and share best practices with the leasing team to promote consistency and excellence.
- Process Facilitation : Coordinate all stages of the leasing process-all stages of application processing to lease generation and signing, security deposit collection, move?n fund collection, utility account collection and the release of the move-in code to ensure seamless transaction and smooth resident experience.
- High Volume Calls : Call all applicants or prospects that have started their application to assist in completion
- Rently Check-in Calls : Assist the team as necessary in calling Rently check-ins.
- Market Trackers / Leasing Trackers : Monitor and update all existing leasing trackers as necessary. Create new trackers as necessary.

Schedule
This is a hybrid role which works Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM and rotating weekend.
Working Conditions
Duties may be performed indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions.Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, climb stairs multiple times daily, and lift to 30 lbs.Weekend availability may be necessaryTravel to designated markets may be necessary.A designated home office space is required.Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.Rently experience is a plus.In-depth understanding of fair housing laws.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, with a willingness to learn new software systems.Solid knowledge of rental property management standards and best operational practices.Highly collaborative and team oriented.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.J-18808-Ljbffr
