We are seeking a Legal Recruiter to fill a crucial national talent acquisition role, focusing on securing top Personal Injury Attorneys for our growing firm.

The Job :

  • Compliance : All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times
  • Specialized : You will be recruiting for Personal Injury Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals
  • Buy-in : You will speak with hiring managers daily, in person, to update them on job requisitions and candidates
  • Negotiate : You will negotiate compensation packages with candidates
  • Offers : You will work with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates

What we seek from you :

  • Experience in recruiting within a legal setting is a MUST
  • High-volume phone calls with daily, weekly, and monthly metric KPI expectations
  • Professionalism at the highest level-You will be representing our firm to its future leaders
  • Operate with high urgency, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success
  • Able to recruit in multi-state environments
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize leadership needs
  • Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process

    • Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience as a direct-hire recruiter
  • 2+ years recruiting in a legal environment
  • Past applicant tracking system use is required. JazzHR knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) is preferred for this role but not required

    • Total Compensation Package :

  • Salary plus annual bonus ~ Depending on experience
