Job descriptionUSA FAA Flight Dispatcher License Available to work all shifts including night / weekends / holidays Available to attend initial training 3 consecutive weeks in Zurich Switzerland Quality work with attention to detail Team player Willingness to take on new and challenging tasks Able to think and solve complicated problems with minimum supervision Work Independently Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S. Able to travel upon request CV / Resume, Cover Letter & FAA Dispatch License required Company may provide relocation assistance
Your main tasks include, among others :
- Special Tasks as assigned by Manager Flight Dispatcher or Duty Officer
- Maintaining highest level of service to Swiss and all customers
- Optimize flight operations processes
- Analyze and evaluate meteorological information
- Flight Planning for SWISS International Airlines according to Company OpSpecs Part 129
- SWISS International Airlines Mission support / Flight Watch
- Crew Briefings. Support / Flight watch for various third-party customers
- Direct contact with Zurich Headquarter and OCC regarding daily OPS matters for USA and Canada
- Participate in other duties as assigned
