Responsibilities Work in a hospital main Operating Room environment Surgical cases include neuro / spine, ortho / trauma, and general / robotics / trauma Work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4x10 hour day shifts from 10 : 30 to 21 : 00 Possible late days and call requirements as needed Charting is done using Altera; prior experience preferred but not required Responsibilities include circulating and assisting in advanced surgical cases such as neuro and trauma Must provide two references from supervisors within the last 3 years of employment Modules are required during orientation and take approximately 6-8 hours to complete Lab work completion is required within 72 hours of accepting an offer or an approved plan must be in place Not accepting local candidates within a 150-mile radius Requirements Active RN license required At least 2 years of Operating Room experience in the service line Craniotomy and burr hole procedure experience required Certifications must be current and verifiable Candidates must live more than 150 miles from the facility to be eligible as travelers Travel nursing experience preferred Modules and labs must be completed within specified timeframes Previous permanent staff must have a break in employment of at least 1 year to return as a traveler Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-600262.
