Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

As the Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and coordinating multifamily construction projects with a specific focus on Podium construction. Your strategic planning, leadership, and attention to detail will be crucial in driving project success, meeting timelines, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address any challenges or delays.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality control checks to uphold construction standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate consistently with project teams, clients, and senior management to provide updates and ensure project alignment with expectations.
