Primary Care group seeking a Family Medicine Physician to work in the Manteca, CA! (1.5hrs to San Jose)

    • About This Role :

  • Location : Manteca, CA or Modesto, CA (1.5hrs from San Jose)
  • Family Medicine Physician
  • Outpatient M-F Schedule : 8am - 5pm
  • Primary Care
  • Wonderful support team
  • The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community
  • Opportunities for exceptional growth and development
  • The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
  • Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
  • Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
  • Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.

    • Background Desired :

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
  • Able to acquire California State Medical License
  • Desire to work in the clinic / primary care setting
