Position :   Beach & Pool Service Attendant

Location :  Kihei, HI

Pay : $22.48 / hour

Experience :   2 years in the service industry is preferred.

Type : Full-time; Contract

Schedule :  Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm (Ability to work OT, weekends, and holidays as needed)

Employers Options is seeking a  Beach & Pool Service Attendant  to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description :

• Greet guests upon arrival at the beach and pool deck.
• Set up the beach and pool club each day.
• Provide service to members and guests, including offering towels, ice water, and snack items.
• Answer questions, assist with requests, and share information about the club, events, attractions, and general Island details.
• Report all incidents or accidents to Security and the Manager on Duty.
• Offer snorkels, stand-up paddleboards, and other Outdoor Pursuits (OP) equipment to members and guests.
• Assist with transporting members and guests within the club as needed.
• Ensure only members and their guests are within club boundaries and using OP equipment and pool amenities.
• Maintain a clean and orderly beach and pool area, including furniture, equipment, umbrellas, and cabanas.
• Restock and prep amenities, towels, and covers.
• Complete other beach and pool tasks as assigned by leadership.
