Job Summary :
We are seeking a high-performing HR Coordinator (Separations / Leave of Absence) to join our enterprise HR Shared Services team. This backend HR operations role plays a key part in ensuring the timely, compliant, and accurate execution of offboarding activities and leave of absence (LOA) processes across a large, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will bring experience with HR systems, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing sensitive data and improving operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process employee separations and leave of absence (LOA) transactions in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate execution of HR services in a shared services model.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all HR systems including Workday, ADP, and internal case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Manage documentation for HR cases including correspondence generation, record retention, audit preparation, and file maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Synthesize reports and perform data audits using Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
- Provide administrative and project support related to backend HR operations, including redlining, risk identification, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to enhance team efficiency and contribute to a positive team culture.
Required Qualifications :
1–3 years of HR experience in a shared services or enterprise environment (10,000+ employees).Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).Experience working with HR policy administration and case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive employee data.Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation review and auditing.Demonstrated ability to meet SLA deadlines, prioritize competing tasks, and manage time effectively.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and HR audit preparation.Strong analytical and reporting skills within HR systems.Process optimization and risk identification in transactional HR workflows.Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement within a matrixed HR structure.Demonstrated urgency and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ideal Candidate Profile :
