Currently, Envolve is searching for an Assistant Community to work at one of our apartment communities in the Dallas, TX area.

Description : This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on-site management and operations for the community at which they are employed. The assistant will also assist the Community Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.

Duties :

• Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Rent collection and posting
• Actively work on collecting delinquent rent
• Process invoices
• Complete Move Out Inspections
• Assist in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests.
• Entering work orders
• Update Make Readies in Yardi.
