    Job Description :

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Telemarketer to join our sales team, focusing on generating and qualifying business lines insurance leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive phone manner, and the ability to engage business owners and decision-makers to promote our insurance products based on customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Make outbound calls to prospective business clients using provided leads and contact lists.
    • Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads for business lines insurance products.
    • Effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance offerings tailored to various business needs.
    • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about the business, insurance requirements, and purchasing timelines.
    • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all call activities and lead information in the CRM system.
    • Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets.
    • Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to better engage prospects.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
    • Qualifications :

    • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, preferably in insurance or financial services.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
    • Comfortable working with scripts but adaptable in conversations.
    • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Knowledge of business insurance products is a plus.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus.
