JOB SUMMARY

The Mechanical and Electrical Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes from conceptual design through GMP. This role includes reviewing project documents, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, performing quantity takeoffs, and developing competitive bids. The Estimator supports preconstruction efforts, ensures complete scope coverage, and builds strong relationships with clients, design partners, and trade partners.
