The Senior Sourcing Manager - Supplier Quality Engineering at GE Aerospace will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of components and materials sourced from suppliers. In this role, you will lead supplier quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet GE Aerospace's high standards for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality strategies to ensure compliance with GE Aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead supplier audits, assessments, and performance reviews to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Apply lean principles and problem-solving methodologies to improve supplier processes and product quality.
• Partner with suppliers to implement process improvements and reduce variability in manufacturing.
• Drive initiatives to enhance supplier capabilities and ensure alignment with GE Aerospace's FLIGHT DECK operating model.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to ensure supplier quality aligns with product requirements.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring supplier readiness and capability.
• Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to address technical challenges and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery.
• Develop and execute supplier recovery plans when necessary.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide supplier quality engineers to build a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the supplier network.
• Represent GE Aerospace with integrity and professionalism in all supplier interactions.

The base pay range for this position is $130,100.00 - $173,400.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 11 / 12 / 2025.
