Endocrinologist Opening in Westminster, MD - Located 35 miles from Baltimore Position Details

  • Seeking a BC / BE Endocrinologist
  • Full-time - Day Shift
  • Outpatient-focused practice with a 1 : 4 call rotation (primarily phone-based)
  • Broad range of endocrinologic care including :
  • Diabetes management - Thyroid, pituitary, and osteoporosis disorders - Thyroid biopsies (required)
  • Opportunity to provide inpatient consults on a rotating basis
  • Supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff
  • Collaborative, multi-specialty environment

Qualifications :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology Fellowship (new graduates welcome).
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and treating endocrine and metabolic disorders in an outpatient setting.
  • Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and provide guidance on medications, lifestyle, and preventive care.
  • Ability to perform thyroid biopsies.
  • Strong communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
  • Attain timely completion of patient encounter documentation and billing.
