The Payroll Manager leads the day-to-day payroll process for employees in the U.S. and Canada, making sure everyone is paid accurately and on time. In this role, you’ll guide a supportive team, work closely with HR and Finance, and look for ways to make payroll smoother and more efficient. The base pay range for this position is $90,000–$110,00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
