What a Machine Operator will do:

• Operate equipment to include adjusting operating speed and controlling the load of machines
• Monitor, measure, chart, and control dimensions of the finished product
• Ensure productivity matches or exceeds expectations for a given time
• Perform basic machine maintenance

What you need to be a Machine Operator:

• Technical skills to fix problems with machines
• Understanding of the working mechanisms of tools and machinery
• Understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and willingness to always follow safety procedures
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
