A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health therapy to clients

Utilize telehealth and in-person services as part of a hybrid schedule

Participate in weekly case consultations and supervision activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be licensed as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts

Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred

Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work environment

Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education

Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
