A growing company is seeking a capable and driven leader to launch and manage an autobody shop . This hands-on role involves overseeing all aspects of the business — from purchasing machinery and hiring staff to managing daily operations and backend processes. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, organized, and excited about building something from the ground up with significant upside potential.

Responsibilities Include :

Overseeing the launch and operations of the autobody shop

Purchasing machinery, tools, and materials

Hiring, training, and managing staff

Handling backend operations, budgeting, and vendor relationships

Ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient workflow

Ideal Qualifications :

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Prior experience in automotive repair, operations, or management

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership

Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Hands-on, problem-solving attitude

Salary : $100k - $150k / Year + Profit share
