Senior Administrative Assistant
The Senior Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Market President and is responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the office, coordinating events, managing facilities, and supporting Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives and relationships. This key associate role provides administrative and organizational support to management and associates, while also serving as a liaison for community engagement activities.
Weekly Scheduled Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee general office operations including supply management for the team, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to create an efficient and professional environment for associates and our clients
- Assists in coordinating executive schedules
- Schedules and prepares for meetings, programs, events, or conferences including arrangements for internal and external location setups and catering services as appropriate
- Prepares agenda, handouts, documents, and / or any other information for scheduled meetings
- Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible
- Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
- Reviews and disseminates information received from other departments and external sources
- Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records
- Creates and maintains databases and spreadsheet files
- Researches, compiles, and analyzes data for special projects and various reports
- Assists in the day-to-day management of relationships with non-profit community partners and colleagues in maximizing Company impact in the community
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications : High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
