Position : Therapist-OT-Occupational Therapist (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in various settings.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Achieve performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and outcomes.

Utilize data and metrics to track treatment effectiveness and patient satisfaction.

Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.

Engage in performance evaluations to assess personal growth and areas for improvement.

Adapt therapy approaches based on individual patient needs and feedback.

Foster a positive and motivating environment for patients and team members.

Experience / Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Mexico with relevant certifications.

Strong understanding of patient assessment and personalized treatment planning.

Proven track record of achieving performance targets and goals.

Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy in diverse settings.

Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families.

Experience in tracking treatment effectiveness using data and metrics.
