Summary

RNDC is looking for an energetic Transportation Clerk responsible for the daily and weekly maintenance of routing documents, audits of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed and support sales teams with driver delivery updates and problem resolution.

In This Role, You Will

• Greet and check-in drivers with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Accurately enter delivery and return data into internal systems.
• Audit invoices and driver documents using internal systems.
• Submit invoices for processing.
• Use multiple systems to track delivery progress.
• Support sales team with delivery updates.
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Document all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries.
• Understand DOT HOS Rules and Regulations.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Troubleshoot programs to determine routing issues and reporting errors.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute ideas to enhance team efficiency and morale.

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Washington's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The starting salary range for this role will be $22-$25 / hour and the offer will be based on an applicant's skills and experience.
