Senior Manager, Operations And Implementation, Vertical Startup Building Launch

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new Fulfillment Center launches
• Partner with engineering, operations, HR, IT, and finance to ensure operational readiness
• Present launch progress and recommendations to Senior Leadership
• Develop training and onboarding for new leaders
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
• Up to 75% travel required.

What You'll Bring :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office and Salesforce., Managing projects or client relationships in retail, healthcare, or related area., Master's Degree in business or related field Masters : Business Administration
