Were looking for an experienced Director Solution Engineers to join the MealSuite directly to the SVP of Sales & Revenue youll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our customer experience strategy - establishing the processes standards and culture that will ensure every customer journey is seamless impactful and aligned with our mission to deliver exceptional value.

A day in the life as Director Solution Engineers :

• Lead and mentor the SE Team to perform as a high performance team resulting in achieving or exceeding account targets. Support TA activities training performance management of SE team
• Establish and execute strategies to optimize the pre-sales technical function. Forecast revenue from accounts and contribute to strategy planning.
• Partner with Engineering Product Sales Enablement and AEs teams to ensure a high win and retention rates
• Analyze performance metrics and implement processes to improve account management efficiency and reporting.
• Serve as an escalation point for key clients to resolve issues
