Dec 22-24 : 8a-5p + night beeper call

Dec 25, 27, 28 : 24-hour call

Dec 26 : 8a-5p + night beeper call

Types of Cases : General Urology, OR surgeries (3-4 / day), clinic procedures (vasectomy, infant circumcision - not required)

Credentialing : 30 days

Minimum Requirements

Certifications : DEA

Licensure : AZ license or IMLC accepted
