Our client, a leading independent teaching hospital at the forefront of medical innovation and patient-centered care, is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) with a special interest or focus in pulmonary health to join its dynamic ambulatory care team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a mission-driven physician to practice full-spectrum outpatient primary care while contributing to pulmonary care initiatives within a high-performing multispecialty group practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care, with emphasis on prevention, diagnosis, and management of chronic and acute illnesses
  • Serve as a clinical resource for pulmonary-focused care within the practice
  • Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives
  • Engage in collaborative, team-based care with a focus on health equity and access

    • Qualifications

  • MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Eligible for an unrestricted New York State medical license
  • Active or eligible enrollment in Medicare / Medicaid
  • Current BLS or ACLS certification
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Open to both experienced physicians and recent residency graduates
