About the Role
As Program Manager, Operations, you'll drive the execution of supply chain, manufacturing, and operational programs that support the development and delivery of consumer electronics. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure that products are built efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of global operations and manufacturing processes.
What you'll do
- Program Execution
Lead operational programs from prototype builds through mass production.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Supply Chain teams to align on build plans and readiness.
Coordinate with Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Partnerships on international suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Develop and maintain build schedules, logistics plans, and readiness checklists.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts.
Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements.

This is a full-time position based out of our El Segundo office, following a hybrid schedule. While some remote flexibility is available, we place a strong emphasis on onsite presence for collaboration, team engagement, and hands-on work.
