Job descriptionStarting at $16.50 / hour , more based on experience $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time hires Daily Pay Available – get paid when you need it 4 weeks paid vacation + 7 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability coverage Retirement plan Mileage reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Annual performance-based raises Free uniforms High School Diploma or GED At least 12 months of experience caring for frail or elderly individuals Valid PA driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Join Our Team as a Community Care Aide!
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As a Community Care Aide, you’ll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities include :
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Light housekeeping
- Occasional support in our adult day center
Loca tion : Homestead, PA
Schedules Available : Full Time 12 : 30pm-9 : 00pm, other schedules open to discussion, casual hours also available
