Guest Services Attendant (Part- Time / Events Only)
Responsibilities for Gold Shirts (GSA)
- Assist marketing staff with special event set up, execution, and event closure
- Greet guests and answer any questions they have regarding event
- Provide special assistance to guests with needs such as individuals with wheelchairs or other disabilities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the duration of assigned tasks
- Offer assistance to supporting departments
- Other duties as assigned
