New Beginnings Enhanced Learning Center is a female-owned and operated childcare facility dedicated to providing quality early childhood education. Established in Hanover, PA, in 2009, we offer a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to school-age, ensuring they receive a strong social and academic foundation.

• Summary

We are seeking a passionate Floater Teacher to join our team at New Beginnings Enhanced Learning Center. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in creating an engaging and educational environment that fosters the development of young children. Your contributions will be vital in shaping their early learning experiences.

• Responsibilities
• Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy and social skills.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for all aged children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to support child welfare.
• Encourage children's curiosity and creativity through interactive activities.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and delivery.
• Requirements
• Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting. (2500 hour+) Experience with Infant / Toddlers a plus +
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with children and parents effectively.
• Assist in creating a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and growth.
• The ability to obtain State Police, Child Line, FBI and NSOR clearances
• Required to have a physical examination to ensure you are in good health and able to meet the demands of the job.
