Rush Central Texas is seeking a Girls Technical Director in Fort Cavazos, Texas.

We are looking for a Girls Technical Director that is organized, motivated, and an excellent communicator. This full-time position is extremely important to the long-term success of player development within our club. The Technical Director will build and lead all education aspects for all girls' programs in the club. We are looking for an energetic person that enjoys working with youth.

Essential Job Functions Include But Not Limited To

• Recruit, mentor, and assess coaches on issues of leadership, motivation, relationships, child development, and the mental aspect of the game.
• Enhance and implement the Rush curriculum, learning objectives, periodization for all programs and all age groups.
• Develop plans to ensure everything builds towards the Rush Way, style of play and club culture.
• Observe, assess, and provide feedback to coaches to ensure quality.
• Lead, plan, propose special programs for players.
• Lead, plan, propose initiatives to improve the player experience.
• Technical liaison with the Club Director of Operations for matters regarding the girls to include interactions with other clubs.
• Support event logistics such as tournaments, camps, leagues, etc.
