Proficient with REVIT and ACAD / AUTOCAD; experience with retail store or fixture layouts preferred. Strong knowledge of retail store operations, building architecture, construction procedures, and codes. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering Technology, Interior Design, or equivalent.

Job Summary :
Seeking an experienced Store Planning Architect to develop fixture plans and architectural drawings for new stores, relocations, expansions, remodels, and special projects. This role ensures site-specific requirements, budgets, and design standards are met while enhancing the overall customer and associate in-store experience.
Responsibilities :
- Design site-specific store layouts, including department adjacencies and support areas, using judgment and experience.
- Create architectural drawings that comply with construction specifications and operational needs.
- Collaborate with planning, design, and construction teams to ensure compliance with local building codes and timelines.
- Troubleshoot planning and construction challenges, providing creative, practical solutions.
- Assist in training and guiding planning associates and external consultants on prototype and store design standards.
- Manage project data, drawings, and documentation to meet store opening schedules.
