A company is looking for a Bilingual Consumer Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage consumer accounts and perform collections activities

Ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience in collections

Knowledge of FDCPA regulations

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
