SFDC Service Cloud Architect

Should be Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Architect Platform

Should be proficient in Apex, Flows, Aura and LWC configuration

Should have experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications and Field Service Lightening

Should have experience in managing and delivering minimum 5+ Salesforce projects

1 or more projects with Service Cloud implementation

End to End on time delivery of Project to production

Propose and document high level design options for all stories in JIRA (based on salesforce best practices)

Setup and coordinate design / code reviews with architects for approvals

Drive technical discussions during project discovery, PI Planning and design reviews

Must attend all story grooming sessions and capture technical information needed on stories

Must attend all other agile ceremonies

Should document and deliver Conceptual Design Document ( CDD)

Work with all developers to resolve their technical impediments

Work with Release Engineer to ensure Master Manifest is up to date on an ongoing basis

Should be ready to take development effort if the project needs it
