• Unit : ICU Cost Center : 650Start Date : ASAPLength of Assignment : 13 weeks Unit Information : CCU 65025 Alaska Regional Hospital Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds - 14 Number of Staff 8 RNs per shift Type of staff : o Day Shift 1 Charge RN plus7-8 Staff RNs o Night Shift same as days Patient Ratios 2 : 1, 1 : 1 Type of equipment Alaris IV pumps, EMR - EPIC Typical hiring profile Must have : Experience with EPIC Independently manage intubated patients and titrate pressors Preferred or nice to have : 1 yr of experience recovering open heart surgeries 12 hr. post op List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Intubation, art line insertion, chest tube insertion, central line insertion REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : RN : RN LICENSE, BLS, ACLS ORT : BLS Floating Area(s) : Per union contract if unit is overstaffed travelers will float out to other departments first- MOU, CVSU, Ortho, Rehab or SPCU.
