Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a nursing job in Marietta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : Ongoing 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Staff Responsibilities Provide patient- and family-centered care in a high-acuity PICU setting. Perform frequent assessments, monitoring, and critical interventions. Manage ventilators, BiPAP / CPAP, oscillators, and vasoactive / sedation drips. Interpret EKGs, hemodynamic data, ABG / VBG results, and bedside POCT. Assist with intubations, line placements, chest tubes, and other procedures. Respond to pediatric codes using PALS protocols . Mentor / precept nurses and students; support education and team growth. Participate in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and shared governance. Qualifications Education : ADN required; BSN preferred. Licenses / Certifications : Active GA or Compact RN license, BLS, PALS. Experience : 5 years direct patient care (PICU / critical care preferred). Skills : Strong critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and EHR proficiency.
