Our mission is to support children (birth to 3 years old) with developmental delays by providing high-quality therapeutic services in home and community-based settings. We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping young children thrive.
Position Overview
As an Occupational Therapist in the Early Intervention program, you will provide services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays. You will work directly in the child’s natural environment to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behavior, while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct occupational therapy services for children ages 0–3
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IFSP goals
- Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Coach and educate caregivers to support therapy carryover at home
- Maintain accurate records and comply with NYC Early Intervention documentation standards
- Participate in IFSP meetings and case reviews as needed

Current NYS license and registration as an Occupational Therapist (OT)Degree from an accredited occupational therapy programExperience working in home-based Early InterventionKnowledge of Early Intervention standards and family-centered care principlesStrong communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skillsReliable transportation to travel throughout the assigned boroughPhysical Requirements :
Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer)Ability to lift up to 30 poundsAbility to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to travel to various locations on a near daily basisAbility to stand for extended periods of timeRates are determined based on a combination of factors such as experience level, assignment location, service setting, and applicable program guidelines.
