YOUR ROLE AS PART OF THE TENTAMUS TEAM
The Associate Systems Administrator provides first-line technical support and assists with maintaining Tentamus North America's IT systems and infrastructure. This role focuses on daily operational tasks, end-user support, and learning core system administration skills while working closely with senior IT staff. Duties include but are not limited to :

POSITION TYPE & SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, Portland, Oregon based (Columbia Laboratories) , h ybrid position , Monday – Friday, 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM . This role occasionally requires evening / weekend work for issues that may arise. Travel to other Tentamus sites is require d and may be frequent. This position typically operate s indoors in either an in-person office setting or working from home, and the noise level is usually moderate to loud in server room environments.
Mental and Physical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to hold or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee is regularly required to sit at a desk working on a computer . Specific vision abilities include near distance, far distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Must be able to lift 50lbs at a time.
