Position Highlights & Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional outpatient primary care with an average of 18 - 20 patients per day.
• Focus on a diverse Internal Medicine patient population.
• Collaborate with a collegial group of talented Internal Medicine physicians.
• Enjoy a work-life balance with flexible shifts; full-time positions typically consist of a 4-day work week.
• Receive robust support from Advanced Practice Clinicians (PA / NP) and utilize AI Scribe technology for enhanced efficiency.
• Work in a prime location in the First Hill neighborhood, surrounded by numerous medical specialties, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Lab, Imaging, and Pharmacy services.
• Participate in shared light call responsibilities, with Triage RN support.

Compensation & Benefits :

The salary range for this position is $229,500 to $378,000 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors including experience and performance metrics.
