Help us show our blood donors how awesome they really are! Volunteers assist with :

• Welcoming and check-in
• Managing of donor flow
• Setting up and cleanliness of reception and refreshment areas
• Providing donors with snacks and beverages after donation
• Providing excellent customer service with friendly conversation
• Watching for, and reporting possible adverse post-donation physical reactions to staff
