About this role

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to join our engineering team and accelerate marketplace growth with intelligent automations. In this hands-on, TypeScript- ocused role, you’ll move quickly between scrappy MVPs and production-ready systems, collaborating with a world-class operations team to scale their workflows. This is a chance to own high-impact projects that shape the future of Paraform— building the systems and automations that turn ideas into measurable growth at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards (“Paratools”) that surface insights from candidate and recruiter data
• Develop Slack automations that streamline recruiting operations and& communication
• Connect and integrate systems across the business to enable faster experimentation
• Ship MVPs quickly (in hours / days), then scale proven experiments into robust systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize growth initiatives that directly impact business metrics
• Surface unseen opportunities and boost team impact with intelligent automations for repetitive workflows

3 - 7 years of experience

Engineering background at a company like Retool, Airtable, Superhuman, or any other productivity software / app or team that focuses on internal tooling and automation.

Salary
