Account Manager?Outside Sales

CCI Mechanical is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager?Outside Sales to join our Service Department. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who will support seasoned Account Managers in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service accounts. The position blends inside sales support with field-based client engagement and offers a clear path for professional growth through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quick and effective responses to client inquiries
• Prepare reports on the status of accounts / projects (profitability, deadlines, etc.)
• Provide after-sales support to retain customers
• Build rapport with the client by communicating regularly
• Promote new products and services to the existing customers
• Develop, maintain, and improve long-term customer partnerships
• Negotiation of contracts according to company requirements
• Regular reporting to the Sales Manager
• Attend on-going trainings as requested by management
