Job Title : Physical Therapist Profession : Physical Therapist Specialty : Physical Therapist Duration : 12 weeks Shift : 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM Hours per Shift : 40 Experience : Minimum years of experience required License : Required Certifications : BLS preferred Description : This position is for a Physical Therapist specializing in home health. The role requires working 40 hours per week over a duration of 12 weeks. Working hours will be from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Weekend work may be required as needed. Experience with Epic is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must hold a current BLS certification.
