Job descriptionBachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field 5+ years of experience managing campaigns across multiple media mediums Digital marketing experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads, etc Creative thinking with a strong track record of on-time deliverables Comfort working cross-departmentally and proven effectiveness in managing up to ensure campaign deliverables are met by each department Deep knowledge and understanding of gaming and anime fandoms An understanding of streaming culture and PC gaming is preferred Able to sit and / or stand for the duration of the workday Able to use a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor for the workday Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 / yr depending on experience
Job Duties :
- Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign strategies, budgets, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets
- Manage relationships with influencers and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution
- Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments, as needed
- Stay updated with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Perform additional related duties, as assigned
