Your Role as a Home Health Aide (HHA) Deliver personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.) in the client's home Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to clinical staff Offer companionship and emotional support Help with light housekeeping and meal prep Maintain patient confidentiality and safety at all times Requirements Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in New York State Reliable transportation is required (must travel to client homes) Eligible to work in the U.S.
