What You Will Be Doing
Lead employee relations strategies to foster a respectful, high-performing workplace.
Manage and enhance the performance management system to align with agency goals.
Conduct investigations, manage grievances, and oversee progressive discipline.
Design and deliver training programs for supervisors and managers.
Analyze performance data to inform leadership development and workforce planning.
Serve as the liaison for union-related matters and unemployment claims.
Skills You Need
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
4+ years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining.
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
