Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters in court, managing your docket from temporary orders through trial.
• Advocate for families during difficult times and craft long-term solutions reflected in Court Orders.
• Prepare and handle temporary orders, subpoenas, and witness preparation.
• Draft pleadings, pretrial motions, and other necessary legal documents.
• Advise clients on discovery, property division (including high net-worth individuals), custody issues, and related matters.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses for child custody evaluations and property characterization.
• Conduct legal research and trial preparation.
• Maintain strong organizational and communication skills for client management.
