Job description

Overview

We are seeking a talented attorney with 3+ years of Family Law experience to join our growing practice at our Phoenix or Gilbert locations. This is a full-time family law attorney position with a hybrid work option.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
  • Provide clients with informed legal advice.
  • Represent clients in superior, justice, and municipal courts throughout Arizona.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, maintaining organized case files and documentation.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Arizona Bar admission in good standing
  • Strong commitment to family law and advocacy for clients
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality
  • Self-motivated with a desire to advance career within the firm
  • Ability to travel for court-related hearings
