Travel RN Job Details Location : Tucson, AZ 85741 – Arizona nursing jobs Assignment Length : 13-week travel nurse contract Start Date : October 27, 2025 End Date : January 26, 2026 Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM) Hours per Week : 36 hours Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1780 - $1910 Float Pool : Will float between Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita Weekend Requirement : 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona – required for Arizona healthcare jobs BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience Proven Telemetry experience required Ability and willingness to float between departments and hospital facilities Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and leadership skills Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care using the Nursing Process in compliance with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies Utilize critical thinking and leadership to ensure safe and effective patient care Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training Delegate and supervise patient care tasks based on staff qualifications Provide direction and support to assigned healthcare personnel Float between assigned hospitals and departments as needed Experience the best of Tucson, AZ—enjoy breathtaking mountain views, endless outdoor adventures, and a thriving arts community.
