  • Call Ratio : 2 in-house calls / week (78 per month)
  • Callback Rate : 12 L&D cases / day; 45 triage cases / day COVERAGE DATES
  • Start Date : November 1, 2025
  • End Date : Ongoing (team growth need)

  • Patient Demographics : Adults, with minimal pediatric overlap (~1%)
  • Patient Volume / Census : 12 L&D cases / day; 45 triage cases / day

  • Case Mix : Obstetrics, gynecology, deliveries, postpartum care

  • Hospital Privileges Required : Yes
  • Temporary Privileges Available : No
  • Credentialing Timeline : ~90 days

    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Rate : TBD
  • Travel, Lodging and Malpractice Insurance : Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Management of deliveries (vaginal and C-section)
  • GYN cases and postpartum care

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Pennsylvania license preferred (IMLC accepted)
  • Board : Board Certified / Eligible in OB / GYN
  • DEA : Not required
  • Certifications : ACLS, BLS required
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in OB / GYN
  • Other Qualifications : Must remain in-house during call coverage

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage
  • Manage 12 labor & delivery cases per day
  • Handle 45 triage cases per day
  • Perform gynecology cases and postpartum care
  • Document all patient care in Epic EMR
